Instructional Coaches
Instructional Coaches are a team of seasoned educators who train, mentor, and support BTC’s aspiring teaching staff. Through regular observation and coaching, Instructional Coaches help BTC teachers learn to plan diligently, teach effectively, and inspire their students. Instructional Coaches play a crucial role in helping to create a vibrant learning environment for the students, as well as a gratifying experience for the teachers.
